Very easy to use. Like features that are simple for the elder users and the HD. Also like the "blue button" for customer service with Clarity. One of the reasons I bought this for my mom as she gets flustered easily with new electronics.

She finds the light up buttons an advantage as well in addition to the red flashing feature.
It also includes a SPKR feature.

Very good product. Would like to see this phone with CID capability in highest severe hearing deficit category.
