Consumers who are Deaf can make videophone calls by calling the Video Relay Service to use a VRS interpreter, or by calling another user directly. Any phone signaler may be used with a videophone to flash a lamp for visual notification of incoming videophone calls. With a phone signaler that transmits to remote receivers, you can be notified not just in one room, but in other rooms where the receiver is connected to a lamp or strobe light.   Features Turns any TV into a broadband videophone.
