What is Your Return Policy?
All of our products are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or on-line.
You can return most items in their original condition and packaging for any reason within 30 days of date of shipment. Stethoscopes must be returned within 15 days of shipment. We will refund the purchase price but we cannot refund original shipping charges. If the shipping was included with the purchase price, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. A 15% re-stocking fee or more will also be assessed. Simply log in to your account and go to our customer support ticket system and choose Returns as your category to initiate the return process. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and you are responsible for return shipping costs. We will then send return instructions back to you via e-mail. Returns must be received within 2 weeks of the issuing of the return authorization number. Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you ship your return to us to process your refund.
NOTE: Only Continental USA orders can be returned. No Canadian or International orders may be returned unless damaged or defective. Otherwise, all Canadian and International sales are Final.
For items damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for further instructions or refuse the shipment if damage is evident at the time of delivery. To process the return or exchange of a damaged item you must keep all of the original packing material and box(es). You will not be responsible for return shipping charges for defective products.
